Raymundo Garza is a contemporary abstract artist based in San Miguel de Allende. His practice is shifting from strict geometry toward organic forms and the human figure, shaped by study visits to major museums in CDMX, Chicago, Cleveland, Houston, Madrid, and New York. Inspired by Willem de Kooning, Cecily Brown, Egon Schiele, and the old masters—as well as fashion and editorial imagery—Raymundo explores how space and gesture reveal human presence.
